He holds an MA in Film &amp; Media Studies from Emory University of Atlanta, Georgia. Since 2009, Lukens has been a freelance visual storyteller.\u00a0 He has worked as an editor, videographer, and cinematographer on documentaries, industrials, and music videos.\u00a0<\/p><p>In 2015, Lukens was awarded the Idea Capital Grant for his film <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?time_continue=2&amp;v=PaBtCDzyen4&amp;feature=emb_title\"><em>High Fructose Suicide Booth<\/em><\/a>. If that&#8217;s not impressive enough, Lukens also assisted in the production of<em> Stranger Things, <\/em>Season 1 and <em>Vampire Diaries, <\/em>Season 5. In the last decade, Lukens has worked on over 30 films. Most recently, Lukens directed and produced the 2018 short film <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?time_continue=1&amp;v=ePvxT5jUjpc&amp;feature=emb_logo\"><em>I&#8217;m Working On It.<\/em><\/a><\/p><p>His interests include film production, cinema studies, promotion and exhibition, participatory culture, gimmicks, cults of personality, transmedia storytelling, user experience,
